Product Summary
The MC35062AU is a pin-programmable over-voltage sensing circuit. It senses an over-voltage condition and quickly "crowbar", or short circuit, the supply. An on-chip, tapped resistor network allows the device to be programmed for trip voltage ranging from 3.5V to 40V.
