The ES5120AQ is a 3 3/4 digit A/D converter. The ES5120AQ combines integrating analog-to-digital converter, frequency counter, and logic level tester in either 40-pin DIP package or 44-pin QFP package. The high level of integration permits ES5120-based instruments to deliver higher performance and more features while actually reducing parts count.
